    I wonder if that would work with Resolve (light) and Premiere.

    SInce both applications don't support more than one graphic card in the moment, maybe that would be a solution.

    Why would this be a solution?
    Resolve lite doesn't support multiple GPU, even if they're connected to the motherboard, or they're in an expansion chassis like this.
    But if you buy a BMC you will get a full version of the Davinci software, which means you can use as many GPUs as your OS supports.

    In my experience, even a lower-end GTX card (like the GTX 285) gives you 14-16 nodes for a 1080p footage, so of course multiple GPUs are great, but even if you have only one, it is enough for most of the projects.

    Also CS6 can use multiple GPUs AFAIK.
