Adobe Premiere - Prores or DNxHD?

For those who use Premiere, do you find the workflow easier with Prores or DNxHD? Or is it the same?

Workflow and speedwise it's the same. Personally I prefer DNX, cause I'm on PC and can't encode ProRes out of Premiere or Resolve.

Get yourself copy of Drastic MediaReactor plugin- you will be able import/export everything
