That's a bit strong. Canon wants $15K for a DSLR, and $8K for a compressed 8 bit camcorder. Calling names like that is a bit much.

Since we have all seen even higher resale prices, I suspect vegetableman was being facetious. Amazingly though we know of more than one resale of the camera that has been at list price, not a penny profit on the sale.
