Looks very nice Frank! Any other details you can share about the project? Lighting, lenses, what worked well and what didn't? Thanks for sharing.
WOW!
I've looked at your stuff for years now, Frank.
You have become so incredibly good at this art form that I think you should really be proud of what you have achieved. Like take a few moments and really remember the road that brought you to where you are.
While there are many aspects of this craft that can be learned from hard work, I think you've reached 'that place' where you have an ability that cannot be taught. It's a transcendent connection with the art form. I've known people at this level in other mediums as well - music, dance, oil painting...
I genuinely hope that this work brings you happiness.
~Cheers!
Project is called South of Hope Street.
Cameras where Ursa G1 and G2, plus a few shots with the original Pocket.
Lemses mostly the poor man's Angénieux (Tokina AT-X PRO 28-70) and a bit of 14mm Samjang for a dream scene.
Lights where 2 LEDs, a few FloLights, a 1K Fresnel. For the close-up's and medium shots I always bounce the lights.
Madsen, Nelson and Baldwin are cool and funny guys - was like the 80s all over again :-)
Absolutely stunning imagery. Beautiful work, Frank.
