I downloaded some footage they shot...and the colour grade is really bad. The footage is idle footage...but what cat video isn't (its not a cat video). The DR on the camera looks pretty abysmal from the graded footage. They are charging 8 thousand EU for this when u can get a pocket 4k cam for 8 times less.

And here's what Alejandro said about Blackmagic cameras LOLOL . This is from the cinemartin FB site

" we dont like chinese plastic cameras. BM hardware is not serious. Canon is ok, Sony is Ok , Eva 1 my favoritte, but BM, no, sorry. Of course you do not see difference between a small team trying to do such Fran 8K, and a big resource company like BM selling pieces of platic"

These clips TOTALLY remind me of when I used a GoPro to record the inside of my colon.

Who wants to see those? It's a pretty good comparison. I could upload them here. Just be warned that the first 30-seconds of the video are.. well..... I think you can imagine.
Cameras: Blackmagic Cinema Camera, Blackmagic Pocket Camera (x2), Panasonic GH2 (x2), Sony RX100 ii, Canon 6D, Canon T2i,
Mics: Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, Sanken, Audio-Technica, Audix
Lights: Every Chinese clone you can imagine

I hope nobody falls into their trap. I regularly write for a respected German magazine (Digital Production from Munich) and I regularly get hardware for testing, which is sent to me free of charge. Of course I have to send it back after a few days.
What happened when I asked for a reviewer's sample of a monitor from Cinemartin (which seem to be located in Spain, so EU)? A few weeks later I got a letter from German customs that I should pay for an item sent from China. Guess what it was? Of course, I refused to accept it. I even sent them a polite email explain why. No excuse, not even a reaction.
    Never again with that company!

Which is kind of funny because BM does not let produce their hardware in China, while all Cinemartin hardware is made in China.
