haha. I know when I say I got the 8sinn people think I regret it and talking bad about Tilta.
Not all all. I am using the BMMCC with two handles. But I realize it is just not stable enough.
I definitly need a Shoulder-Rig, Monopod or something. And If i use additional rig I don´t
really need the "battery handle" from tilta. But I have to agree that people might need it
and it might be usable for some people. Just not for me.

I´ve seen many people using an EasyRig together with a Gimbal (really terrible Idea, but
people think this is a pretty cool solution. based on pictures) I also seen unbalances Shouder-Rigs
a lot. (to front heavy) And so on.

When you look at the base olate from the Tilta cage I woudl have trouble to mount my
Small ArcaSwiss Plate to that Titla Cage. The camera would be front heavy.
Because the Titla Cage has not enough holes because the cage got that "sliding handle grip thing".
The cage is nice if oyu are using it with that titla handle, and tilta baseplate and so on, but
maybe not so good if you want to mount your Arca Swiss System to it.

now this is the icing on the Tilta cake...$229 wireless focus control
    https://tilta.com/shop/nucleus-nano-...ontrol-system/

this is literally the solution I have been waiting for since I started doing one man band stuff with my BM video rigs.

half cage, top handle, Nucleus Nano and smaller focus side handle, SSD holder, smaller Sony Battery Sled and V-mount sled...tell me where to send my money. let's go!

What would you say are the benefits of the half cage? Because I'm always more drawn to the full cage. But as more and more people are looking for a half cage, I'm curious to know!

Aren't Tilta's warehouse in USA? Atleast you can only order to north and sotuh america from theie website and for European cpuntries you need to buy from your local dealer. It sucks because in Europe the Tilta stuff is more expensive. For example, I predict the full cage to be 150€ in Europe.

The grip of the Pocket 4k is a pleasure to grab, so at least I would not obstruct its qualities with some metal from a full cage.

The good thing is that if you get the full cage you can remove the right side if you want.
