The higher native ISO is 3200. What is the lower native ISO? 400 or 800? I keep hearing both from BMD interviews? Any real confirmation on this?
But ISO 800 gives you more stops DR into white, hopefully creating smooth highlight rolloff
Low range is 200-800 high range is 1600-6400. We won't know until it ships where the best performance will fall. Looks like to protect highlights it will be 800 and 6400.
Anyone know the crop factor in 120fps? This preview states its 4x. That sounds extreme!
He also states the stills are 8mp...

It's not too complicated to do the math. You're shooting 1920 pixels wide out of 4096 total pixels wide, so 1920/4096 and multiply that by the 18.96mm full sensor width to get 8.8875mm width. FF width is 36mmm, so divide that by your 8.8875mm to get 4.05x crop factor from full frame.
The stills are 8mp because 4K is 8MP: 4096 x 2160 = 8,847,360 pixels
