Well, Zeiss made a Contax C/Y mount 18mm f/4 lens which will give yiu a nice UWA at f/3.0 with the Speed Booster, which will give you about a 10mm angle of view. The other option for a faster 10mm is the excellent SKR Magic 10mm f/1.4 Hyperprime Lens, which has excellent IQ and lower distortion than SLR Magic’s 12mm Hyperprime. Both should be in yiur budget range.

Yep, what Denny said. The 18mm f4 was the widest (non-fisheye) lens in the Contax CY range. It's actually a really outstanding piece of glass.
On a speedbooster it's a fairly respectable speed/angle of view.
Standard 0.71x
13mm f/2.8
BMCC 0.64x
11.5mm f/2.5
BMPCC 0.58x
10.5mm f/2.2
Yashica ML 21mm 3.5
Yes, but that is still close to the OP’s 24mm (15.36 with SB), the 21mm is 13.45mm with SB, so the 18 with a 11.5 AOV makes more sense, unless a 13.5mm AOV will give him the coverage he needs.

Hi,
I had a 17mm Tokina RMC with C/Y mount for my BMPCC/Metabones C/Y speedbooster combo (sold it for 100 EUR). The Tokinas with C/Y mount can be found on eBay every now and then.
The Tokina is a fine lens, but for my perception (with the speedbooster?) it was a little too soft.
Wolfgang
I own that one, it's not really soft, but pretty low contrast. OTOH the Zeiss C/Y is far better.

Yes, the 17mm Tokina RMC (I have the Nik Mount version) is a very nice kens. The reduced contrast works nicely for outdoor senic (landscape) type shots, the lens was designed for. On set, you need more ounch/contrast in the lighting to compensate, unless a low contrast “soft” looking shot is desired. The RMC is a tad bit soft wide open, but a f/4 to 5.6, very sharp sweet spot. But the IQ is not going to be a good match for the OP’s Other C/Y lenses.
Cheers
