Would like to share some frame grabs from a music video I shot a couple of days ago.

    BMPCC w/Metabones SpeedBooster + Sigma 18-35mm.
    ProRes HQ at 400 ASA
    Graded in Resolve
Top light source is a single LED w/Softbox

    Effin' fantastic.

And seeing there is a Sitarist involved, please post the actual video ASAP because I actually really want to hear it as well as see it.

I personally, hold the belief that very often ONE light source can be entirely enough.
Cameras: Blackmagic Cinema Camera, Blackmagic Pocket Camera (x2), Panasonic GH2 (x2), Sony RX100 ii, Canon 6D, Canon T2i,
Mics: Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, Sanken, Audio-Technica, Audix
Lights: Every Chinese clone you can imagine

    Very nice grabs!

Can I ask which Led panel did you use and at what temperature did you shoot that?

    Good Work!

    cheers.

I'm not the editor but I will post once it's done. Hehe yeah the sitar just adds flavour for sure

I share the same sentiment about one effective light source.

I used the Fiilex P360EX with a small softbox at 3200K. Great for small scenes like this!

Looks cool. I might've put some bounce on the floor, but I'm surprised how good this looks.

Good to know. I like that Fiilex set with two 360s and two 180s. Having the 180 behind a diffuser would also soften the shadows from the overhead 360 when that is desirable. But I agree, this one light is very effective.

The softbox is just right under their heads which is very close. I would need something more powerful than the Fiilex P360EX if it has to be further up.
