    Slow day at work and I can only check in on BMCUser so many times. What are everyone's other favorite filmmaking sites/blogs/forums??

    Ditto what everyone else has said already. As for blogs, I've found myself reading Dollygrippery, The Anonymous Production Assistant, and The Black and Blue quite a bit these days.

    Some of the stuff posted there is downright clever - but the rest? Well, let's just say some people need to be gently slapped across the face.....with a chair.

    No no no!

    The point of the site is, whatever objects you feel like clobbering people with, or jamming firmly into your own ear can be used instead to construct something dangerously useful on set.

    That chair is much better used as the base for an overhead crane using mostly gaffers tape and empty toilet paper rolls.

    Just a little disappointed in you, DPStewart...
