I live in a country where recycling 9 different substances is mandatory. Creative will be tough!
I live in country where household rubbish and recycling go into the same truck.
How about looking at a different aspect of recycling? Like recycling large electronic items (monitors, computers, etc.)? Batteries?
Since both of you guys live in contries that are basically large islands, is there a way to speak to recycling through the health of the oceans?
Awesome! I like that the people judging will be actual people working in the ad world. I don't know if it would be possible but it would be cool to get feedback from them on our entries about what they liked, didn't like, and areas to improve on. Will there be an area on bmcuser.com for people to have threads on their entries like there was on dvxuser.com?
That's one of the things I'm particularly excited about. I've worked in advertising for almost 20 years as a writer and creative director, so I've got some friends who I'll be pulling in to judge the entries. You'll get as much feedback as they're able to give based on schedule, but I'm sure you'll find it useful.
As far as threads go, we're still working that out. For now, let's keep all the discussion here in this thread.
Just noticed the fest is on (currently travelling) but,
I'm in.
I had an idea some time before about this topic and I believe it's time to make it. I'm a big enthusiast of recycling.
There will be fun
And I'd like to announce our first addition to the prize "pool" for this festival…
