I am amazed at how smooth the footage is when walking with the atlas and a shoulder rig. It's like a happy medium between a steadicam and a Paul Greengrass type shot.
I always used premiere but I made those as two separate EQs. I just followed what the juiced link guy did in his one tutorial on youtube.
I would do this to the EQ to get it back to normal:
1st EQ: 500 Hz - 15db Gain, sharp rolloff.
2nd EQ: 250 Hz - 15db gain, sharp rolloff
Lower output overall to keep from clipping
